Our factory area is 20,000 square meters. We have over 200 employees,There are more than 20 engineers and more than 70 mold makers. Our all engineering technical personnels and management personnels are rich experiences for many years.
There are more than 50 sets of equipment in our mold workshop, including six CNC machines and six EDM machines. The largest CNC travel is 2,000mm. We have more than 40 sets of injection machines from 50t to 2,000t in our injection molding workshop,
Our largest injection machine is 2,000t, One set of 1,600t injection machine, and two sets 1,250t injection machines.
In our painting and silk-screen workshop, there are two painting lines, two silk-screen lines, pad printing machines and some other equipments. There are four assembly lines, ultrasonic welding machines and over 10 sets of all kinds of other machines in our product assembly workshop.
Lithium batteries can be customized as your required, We are experienced in smart watch batteries,Tablet PC batteries and mobile phone batteries. There are 4 advanced production lines in battery factory, We can produce battery 80000 sets/month, We have professional R&D department, Good manufacturing and testing equipments to ensure the strict quality control system, Professional technology team can provide our customers with flexible and professional supports.
